In this conversation, two experienced investors discuss their views on the topic, with one stating that he loves multifamily but still sees value in residential properties, while the other values his time more than the potential for greater returns and prefers to passively invest in multifamily properties. Ultimately, both agree that education and reducing risk through knowledge is crucial for success in any investment, whether it's in real estate or the stock market. When it comes to real estate investing, it's essential to have a solid understanding of the different investment types and what works best for you. Tune in for valuable insights and advice!
