This is part 1 of my conversation with Yosef Lee, Yosef is a Lawyer and a Multifamily Investor/Syndicator. Yosef began investing in cash-flowing multifamily apartments as a means of generating passive income streams, building generational wealth, and providing a financial fortress for his children. He also has a goal of achieving T/P/O freedom and control (Time, Place, and Occurrence). He would like to make a difference in other people’s lives, empowering them to become better versions of themselves while living their lives on their own terms on this journey.

 

In this episode, Yosef started out as a young lawyer, working long hours and struggling to make ends meet. He then learned about passive income streams and decided to invest in multifamily properties. This has allowed him to achieve his goal of freedom of time, and he is now able to spend more time on things that are important to him.
