Bill is the LA Probate Expert and has seen more court-confirmed sales in Los Angeles than any attorney, judge, or real estate agent over the past 3 years. Born in Santa Monica, and raised in Orange County, I have lived in the Inland Empire, San Gabriel Valley, South Bay, and for the last 20 years, the Westside of Los Angeles. I have been in real estate for over 30 years, closed thousands of transactions, and given my all to helping my customers achieve their goals.
