The Academy Presents podcast

Feb 4, 2022

This is part 1 of my conversation with Nick Crawford. Nick is an 18 year old real estate investor in Wisconsin. He has taken the alternative route and decided to not go to college, purchased his first house at the age of 17, and has since acquired 6 more units. He has worked under a group of real estate investors helping to manage the properties, and treated this as his source of  education.

In this episode, Nick shares with us how he was exposed to the world of real estate investing in high school and how he has never looked back since then. He also talks about pursuing real estate instead of going to college and his experience in purchasing his first unit at age 17. If you think that you’re too young to get into real estate, then you better listen in because Nick is just living proof that you can never be too young in this industry.
